Trackbacks are simply a way to tell other bloggers that you have linked to them as you found their post useful. So it is better to include a trackback rather than including a comment on other blog.

make a trackback to other blog it is necessary that both the blogs linking to each other must be trackback enabled. You can make out whether the other blog is trackback enabled or not by finding a link at the bottom of their post such as “trackback URL”.

If the blog is trackback enabled, then make use of the trackback URL to send a trackback otherwise your trackback will not be sent to designated blog and also won’t feature in the trackback section. It means when you want to send a trackback notification, you can do this by inserting their trackback link some where in your post that is published on your blog.

Many bloggers won’t enable the feature of trackback on their blog by default due to spammers misuse the tracking facility. Finding a blog that are trackback enabled and linking to them will help you in increasing the traffic because the visitors of the linked site my follow the link and visit your site. Hence trackback is a way to increase traffic to your site.

These images usually works fine when they are viewed in blog posts but messed up in the RSS feed. With RSS feed this images become unaligned and even break the structure or layout of the post.

For this reason it requires to fix this if you want to align an image in feed that works well. This can be done easily by adding a style attribute to each image of the post. Include this code to or .

Adding such code manually every time you add a image would be bothersome. Align RSS images is a simple plug-in that helps you in adding images by scanning your RSS feed and also ensures that your image is aligned correctly.

To download the plug-in click here

Many bother about the finding RSS feed address in blogger, but it is not that harder to find out. There are three to four ways to find out your RSS feed address.

Look at the bottom of the page for blog feed address. It is because lot of blog designs have this address at the bottom of the page saying Posts (Atom). Don’t confuse between RSS and Atom as purpose of both is same. You can get link using either by “copy link location” (firefox) or “copy shortcut” (internet explorer) from the right-click menu.

Look at source code: View-> source or View-> Page source option of the browser to view HTML where you can find couple of lines that define the web address of the feed that begins with
<link rel=”alternate”

You can also get the RSS feed address from RSS reader software only if your blog is subscribed to it.

Using RSS reader software (feeddemon or Google reader), you can find the web address of the feed automatically, when you enter website address.
